The Belgrade Centre for Human Rights’ School was a place where in times of oppression free spirits developed. During the inglorious neglect of law at the end of the 1990’s, it was a corrective to the education of the Law School in Belgrade and an additional impetus for me to fight for and to believe in the law. From the very first moment at the School I felt a sense of belonging, since I was always welcomed with more kindness, respect, and I can freely say, love than I thought I deserved. Today, many years later, I know that that is how all true friends behave.
